the xamarinandroidpackage did not load correctly

開發vs時，droid的專案載入有問題

處理方式：

1. 關閉vs
2. 刪除 C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\ComponentModelCache 目錄下資料
3. 重新開啟vs

1.Upgrade your NuGet package of Xamarin.Forms of all your project.

2.Clean your project and rebuid it.

3.If you still get error for build your Android project, try delete the director : C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Xamarin
